The teams and the people are great personally but they get restricted as an employee.

Salary Isn't provided on time. Too much work pressure. Salary isn't even enough to sustain respectfully in the area. No work life balance.

Work environment is good and Team culture is average. Job security OK but without any Salary. I know number of Seniors including myself left as salary has not been paid for a long time. Sr Executives have left even after serving for 6 to 7 years. Also, there is substantial dropping of lower staffs and the strength of staff has reduced to half.The Company never says that the salary due shall not be paid but goes on postponing and releasing the payment. After great persuasion with the management for almost six months and on submission of my resignation, I was paid only once a sum of Rs 30,000 which was even less than a consolidated salary of Rs 35,000/- as per my appointment letter as an in-House Executive. I know they will never pay me the balance salary for my working in the Company. The Company knows that they are free to do whatever they want. Presently, I am working with M/s Aplinka Solutions & Technologies since 1st Feb 2018 for a salary of Rs 50,000 per month and I have been paid the full amount from the day 1 I joined. Suggest not to make a survey of M/s Grass Roots along with giant Enterprises like NTPC, BHEL , EGCB Bangladesh.

...ience in EIA works and and established itself due to some initial good efforts. Their payment of Salary to at least Senior Employees is un-worthy of discussions in this forum.

GRC India's customer service is outstanding—attentive, responsive, and always patient in addressing my questions and concerns. Their water testing protocols were so effective and efficient.
