So me 50 % PL lefs during this project .i aspect You can try to improve this type of problam All other facility is good like AC bus and comfortable office and cantine facilities Etc...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike

Lot of opportunity, skill development in 360degree. And good job security as well as good reputation .

HR role is very careless, cost cutting in employees salary, Manager behaves like god so you have to be follow his every order it may right or wrong. HR rules is not applicable on employees job profile. Manager will define that what should we have to do. Overall management is not on right path.
