This company offers less salary,Family rooms are better compared to bachelor rooms.Some modification required for bachelors room. Canteen cost for employees is high

Good working culture in mechanical VAP, salary on time, 100 % job security, Work-life balance depends on our self, if you want to work 24 hours no one will bother you.

Promotions take too much time.

coleages are good, job security good but management and policies are not good everything is debited to salary with high cost. The manager appraisal are not fair. Salary credited timely.

Transportation and accomdation too much cost debited to employee salary, contineous 12 hours working shift, extra time no OT and No combo off

No Proper or Standard Accommodation to Bachelors, Salary cuttings high, Work pressure high, No concentration towards employee satisfaction , Facility management at its low.

Best thing about Grasim is its name. The name itself is brand. Rest everything is imaginary. Work culture is not good. No work life balance. Growth is only for who are joined as GET scheme or with Higher reference. Basically Nagda background.

Dislikes

1. Work / personal life balance 2. Compensation is very poor for engineers with experience compared to newly joined GET'S 3. You're very lucky if you've skill of uprising your boss. 4. Unless until you're from Nagda your growth is very slow. 5. There's no one in this group whom i can cal technically superior. Every senior management persons are insensitive talker and doesn't listen to you and they just want to fulfill their goals.
