Company work culture is very good, everyone supports you.Company offers good facilities to employees. Appreciation is good thing here.

This company offers less salary,Family rooms are better compared to bachelor rooms.Some modification required for bachelors room. Canteen cost for employees is high

Work culture is very bad due to high level of corruption in Industrial relation. Behaviour of GM IR to its own employees is worst. Highly political environment in dept. Corruption is very high! If any senior is reading pl take action. Can check with existing employees of IR as well as other departments.

...e everage stay 2 to 3 hour also work like laber but no Overtime given by Grasim. it's ok but no variable pay given . 2 ] in this time of working load I not take PL during project. So me 50 % PL lefs during this project .i aspect You can try to improve this type of problam All other facility is good like AC bus and comfortable office and cantine facilities Etc...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike
