Best thing about Grasim is its name. The name itself is brand. Rest everything is imaginary. Work culture is not good. No work life balance. Growth is only for who are joined as GET scheme or with Higher reference. Basically Nagda background.

Dislikes

1. Work / personal life balance 2. Compensation is very poor for engineers with experience compared to newly joined GET'S 3. You're very lucky if you've skill of uprising your boss. 4. Unless until you're from Nagda your growth is very slow. 5. There's no one in this group whom i can cal technically superior. Every senior management persons are insensitive talker and doesn't listen to you and they just want to fulfill their goals.

...e and the management is transparent. There is a huge gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
