Grasim industries is the oldest industry in India , its 75 year old company, but their policy is not supporting experienced employees. Job security as depend on relation between you and your Department head. In some cases Department head are also not safe in Grasim. Work and family life have no balance.

Best things is Industry is very old therefore lot of work for exposure you. Just like a tanning school (kam salary m bahot kam karo fir ABG ka brand name k sath Grasim aapko vida bhi kar degi.) Means there is no value of talent.

If you are not able to lapse your leave, then you aren't going to good directions. If you have skills, then you must be avoided. Leave only for showing to attract new employees. Old employees won't accept you as they doing shift from last 10 years without promotion.

Work culture, middle management, not involved backbone of core job. They are doing Safety, audit meeting, All burdens loaded to juniors. Not value added works more,

Work culture is very bad due to high level of corruption in Industrial relation. Behaviour of GM IR to its own employees is worst. Highly political environment in dept. Corruption is very high! If any senior is reading pl take action. Can check with existing employees of IR as well as other departments.
