So me 50 % PL lefs during this project .i aspect You can try to improve this type of problam All other facility is good like AC bus and comfortable office and cantine facilities Etc...

...ompany had given training very good. But his security not taking responsibility. Nd salary not matter again career growth.. Other wise all is good.

HR role is very careless, cost cutting in employees salary, Manager behaves like god so you have to be follow his every order it may right or wrong. HR rules is not applicable on employees job profile. Manager will define that what should we have to do. Overall management is not on right path.
