... food supply during this crisis is provided free to all from factory canteen. Employees not coming to factory is also given full salary. Employee who travel or in close contact to any traveller (relative ,friends etc) has been quarantine for 14 day's & after all covoid test reports negative allow to come to factory. Dispite of factory primises,hospitals, police station, markets, colonies which are nearby factory area also stepped up sanitation .

I have not benefits as per my qaulification & experiences ,but senior management give me satisfaction in future.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike

At my time career growth is slow but after my resignation it become done this remains employee

Lot of opportunity, skill development in 360degree. And good job security as well as good reputation .

HR role is very careless, cost cutting in employees salary, Manager behaves like god so you have to be follow his every order it may right or wrong. HR rules is not applicable on employees job profile. Manager will define that what should we have to do. Overall management is not on right path.

If you are not able to lapse your leave, then you aren't going to good directions. If you have skills, then you must be avoided. Leave only for showing to attract new employees. Old employees won't accept you as they doing shift from last 10 years without promotion.
