Very phethetic institute , management is very poor , low patient flow , especially the management representative Dr Satish ghanshala very bad attitude towards doctor or other employe , it's better to sit at home instead of work in graphic era hospital, they put false aligation to the doctor or other lower employe and terminate the staff .plz naukri.com d'nt join other staff there and cancel the contract of graphic era , it's a humble request to you

No rules and regulations according to NMC or work satisfaction, no job security , no ethic they run the institute like their own clinic no protocol should be followed for the patient they insist the doctor d'nt use gloves and mouth mask and the worst part is the management representative and HR department

Here our chairman sir , Mr. Satish ghansala ji, and other higher personallty all r good and supportive, holl hospital facelities doctors nurses security housekeeping canteen all works hard . Hospital structure like international hospital, soon it will be become no one hospital in uttarakhand.

When i joined i was very positive about this place but working here changed by experience to a bad one. The Management here is Zero. Full of negativity and politics. Fake promises and there is literally no criteria for promotions except for chaplusi and buttering. The worst part is there is no way you can communicate your issues to the management. Wrong people recruited in higher management.

I am Nursing Staff. Management is saving cost . They forced me to give expired medicines to patients. Many mandotary instruments are not available. Hazardous waste is not collected and dispose safely. No working ethics in this noble profession. Even doctors are leaving one by one. HR practices are not followed properly. All medicines are sent to their personal clinic at ballupur chowk.

Poor rating is for their complete higher admin staff, (not for doctors or technical staff) illiterate in moral sense, unprofessional, highly prejudiced. They are pathetic.

Very suffocating environment to work their, no chance of professional growth. Biased administrative authorities, arrogance is in the air. Especially, current HR manager- frivolous, lukewarm approach for the work, again, biased and not supportive. Totally, downgrading people.
