They have big brands to work on..The only good thing.

Dislikes

No working cultures, no job security, no facilities, no helping environment especially for girls. Company is going in loss so it's blaming the employees now and forcing them in many ways to get resignation, by forcefully or by trickes. Many employees are absconding.

I just have one thing to say. You will get to work with big brands and good projects so you will get to explore and learn many things here if you are a fresher.

Dislikes

Everything. They have pathetic managers who only favour their favourite employees they don’t care about your well being. They will make you a slave of their clients, they won’t even care if the client abuses you or even slap you.

Very Toxic environment. HR department is not responsible for anything. Very careless HR team. There are no appraisal.

Working culture very poor HR very careless and irresponsible HR don't know about internship duration. There are internship duration is not fir.

Employees are not being valued by the employer. Policies got changed at any time as per the mood. Management is not skilled and take decisions on personal views only.

Appraisal is terrible and workload is super weird. Weekends are also working sometimes.
