...hey assignment of any small size such as small as fee having 1 lac for one year. Company claim it self as big five but there is a lot of difference in pay package, quality of work.

...and seniors are very supportive in nature, you get huge opportunities to growth. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year, You get job securities as well.

Thing I don't like about GT, here we can not expect a good balance between life and work

...BIG 5 firm, with a starry look in your eyes - this is the stark reality of it. Other than that, compensation wise, if your performance is above average - you'll grow.

...balance Managers /AD are always in panic mode Employees are not heard As such no perks n benefits apart from monthly salary Long work houra Over burdened by work and expectations are un realistic
