GT also provides quick promotions based on your performance and quicker compared to other Big4's. GT also provides you one of the rarest combination of working in 1065 as well as 1040 simultaneously.

The working hours are flexible

Dislikes

...e at times. There is no comp off policy to compensate the extra working hours. Compensation and benefits are poor. Leave policy is very bad. You can’t utilize your leaves for different festivals as you wish. If you take extended leave during one festival, you won’t be given approval to take leave during another festival inspite of informing 4-6 weeks prior.
