GT - one of the best place to work amd start up your career. It has good work life balance and other benefits such as meal allowance and overtime pay. I enjoyed my 1.6 years of journey here. GT also provides quick promotions based on your performance and quicker compared to other Big4's. GT also provides you one of the rarest combination of working in 1065 as well as 1040 simultaneously.

Dislikes

Not much hike compared to Big 4 is the only dislike i felt. Rest all it is way equal to Other companies to the same field.

The size of the company will enable growth and learning. I come from SALT background but in a year I have accelerated in federal as well.

...rk. And there is a gender pay gap at this company which they shall not agree to. But ask for salary numbers there is no shame and you have the fundamental right to information

...hey assignment of any small size such as small as fee having 1 lac for one year. Company claim it self as big five but there is a lot of difference in pay package, quality of work.

There are no unlimited leaves as the company claims. Bonus which is part of CTC is given only to few people. Unlimited working hours. You won't get any benefit for working on weekends which will almost be compulsory.

Salary, increment, recognition, have been the sad part here. Corporate politics at its best. Felt demotivated at all the times and anxious most of the times. No year end benefits. At client site round the year with no commuting benefits.
