Opportunity to help the community and be of help to people. within the organization, it depends on the department one is working with. what one likes or dislikes will differ from person to person.

Dislikes

Nepotism and weak processes. the organization lays less emphasis on process improvement and needs to pay attention to this vital aspect.

Likes

Well established healthcare unit in Pune. A landmark in itself. Has got legacy of the past that’s still prevalent.

Dislikes

Authority should be co extensive with responsibility. That is missing. Will be good if intra/inter team bonding sessions are encouraged.

Likes

The work environment is great. The seniors are understanding and caring. They train and treat the juniors and new comers very well. The staff is cooperative and helpful.

Dislikes

The authority of taking certain decisions and working is the only thing I think can be improved. The rest is great.
