They don't care about improving their product instead they put all the pressure on the employees for poor performance of the company.

Here you can witness Heights of unprofessionalism, office politics and micromanagement. It is a perfect example of a toxic culture and dreadful environment. especially there is a person known as Vikas, who is a waste of space there, and the only thing that he does there is chamchagiri and nothing else. he is a huge threat to the company. and they fire you so abruptly without any intimation. this is a sinking ship, and don't try to board this one.
