Their dishonesty with employees. They deliberately hide some things before hiring people. They have bizzare rule of deducting GST from employee's incentives which doesn't even makes sense. They don't care about improving their product instead they put all the pressure on the employees for poor performance of the company.

Zero work-life balance, very toxic workplace, Directors of the company are incompetent and lack the culture and discipline. Irresponsible employers who fire people left right and center. Please do not join this company.

Here you can witness Heights of unprofessionalism, office politics and micromanagement. It is a perfect example of a toxic culture and dreadful environment. especially there is a person known as Vikas, who is a waste of space there, and the only thing that he does there is chamchagiri and nothing else. he is a huge threat to the company. and they fire you so abruptly without any intimation. this is a sinking ship, and don't try to board this one.
