Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Dislikes

90% clients are staffing companies, low salaries, hectic work, very biased at appraisals and granting leaves. Looks like school, have rules like no talking, no going out. cant take laptop to home, so no 'work from home' Management doing HR job and doesnt know how to run a company. i dont recommend it to my friends. looking for a job change soon.
