Please this is my personal opinion please do not ever work with them Hr service is too bad not receiving call on time not giving salary on time evrytime they are giving excuses. even if my contract with them has expired but still I don't received my experience letter. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

This is one of the worse company I cam across. They are Fraud and always eat poor people Money in the form of salary, PF, ESIC, PT. Please don't work with such company. They don't have policy and alway make new policy according to their mood.

Dislikes

Dislike: Top Management who are disgusting and never approachable in their working. You cannot trust them at all.

I love this company because there is lot of growth and great exposure to my career. I found my self strong with backing of my mentors and management. Very friendly atmosphere at office and enjoyable work style. I love working with my colleagues there is alot of unity amongst us. My second home and god gifted company. Love to be a part of GRF.

Likes

Working with GRF was an experience in itself, the management is so down to earth and cooperative, they understand their employees so well and support them in every way. Well every growing company has its experience so us with GRF they too are learning and growing. Job satisfaction is a key here.

Dislikes

There is nothing negative about the company, yes but what I feel is they should enhance themselves into a corporate setup very soon.

Likes

The company is a n excellent place to work now after the management kicked out the old HR team and seniors who spoilt the company reputation,played with funds, never kept any documents in place and used money for person use and blamed the management for their extraveganza and benefits.

It is a beautiful place that values our work and encourage to do good.
