On global hotel Kampala I first worked as a waiter where my responsibility was to welcome clients in a good manner , make them comfortable , know what they want and ensure that theyare supplied according to there orders.. and from there I was promoted to the post of head of waiters. What I liked most was team work work because with out that we could not work together for all that time,, building good relationship between the workmates and the clients and hard work was my best like..

Dislikes

Only one issue I can talk about is salary scale.. they pay little money according to the work and some body's responsibility at work yet they can't accept to increment on salary.
