1) Salary gets credited between 10th to 15th of every month that too in CASH, no salary account. 2) NO PF 3) NO Mediclaim 4) NO detailed offer letter given, they claim to give it after completion of probation period of 6 months. 5) NO salary slip given. 6) Poor management, cold war between HR n Seniors. 7) They do not provide enough inventory and staffs, they will expect 50 people job to be done with 25 people. 8) Lot of politics and Seniors are bias. In short no professionals will be ready to work here without these basic necessities for an employee.

grand and good place as a structural visibility from outside , excellent team members who really supported me hence i have sustained for 6 months, Food trails in presentation given, menu knowledge, hygiene class , work life balance form my end , supporting staffs and get motivated from my end.

... 6 months. people who dint take care of staffs will not have a successful life. hiring and firing with out notice period for mistake is not a healthy management, debit staff salary is a play game for them .they show you good pay scale but no job security

BEFORE I'M ASKING THEY GAVE ME INCREMENT. WORK LIFE BALANCE: HERE NO CHANCE TO GET LEAVE/ WEEK OFF ON WEEKENDS. OTHERWISE U CAN TAKE LEAVE /WEEKOFF ON WEEKDAYS.
