Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The area of work has variety and one can gain working experience of the different domains.

Dislikes

...ot of politics and biases. Initial offerings are good but career growth is slow. Sometimes the salary gets delayed due to the funding issues.

Very difficult to precise the likes.

Dislikes

The work culture was extremely toxic, the senior management was aware about every malpractices happened on the branch offices but rarely found time to sort it out. Being a manager, one has to wait for the final approval on every single assignment or decisions taken. Office politics were even toxic, only that ruined the culture.

The company is open to innovative & I love the fact that i am part of team but traveling self responsibility no madical facility available it's totally ours responsibility & we work with team happily.

No any training like capacity building & traveling resumberment is poor they rembusment is six months ago
