Dislikes

No new projects, even people won't consider your laptop issues and won't provide assistance immediately for that, they won't consider your idea and approaches in legacy projects finally they'll make you to sit in bench

Skill development is saturated after a short span as nothing is productionized and its a black box once the business requirement is fulfilled you won't be able to know how it performed or what measures have been taken to create impact on business problem.

Dislikes

No constant feedback and performance reviews. Policies are vague and skill enhancement opportunities are less.

Lots of opportunities to learn and work across different domains. You get a client facing role from the very beginning and you are free to move across projects and choose your career path based on your interests. You get a learn a lot about data warehousing, visualization, etc.
