Awesome Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is really high quality market reliable products and very good working environment milestone. I'm very glad to announce that I was a part of this company overall.

Dislikes

I think the HR policy should have to be developed in up coming future. Training method need to be changed as well as the product policy.

I really want to be very emotional now. I'll miss GTIDS every time every moment, GTIDS IT'S JUST NOT A COMPANY, IT'S A FAMILY , it's very difficult to think that we are separated for our family. Specially AMIT SIR , VENKAT SIR , UJJAL SIR , I REALLY MISSSSSSSS YOU.

Lots of learning opportunity in every sector as you need to plan and execute. Freedom to design the work in your own way was the best thing. Our entire team was out of the box and everyone was working with full dedication

Dislikes

I started as a manager in the company and reached zonal manager during my 4 years tenure. For me things were good and have no regrets. Everyone was very supportive
