Awesome Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Because m like in banking line. GTIDS Is working for behalf of PMJDY. GTIDS is a corporate BC partner.

Dislikes

No TA & DA given by GTIDS. GTIDS always work with field level with BC. Thats the reason.

Work Details

1. Coordination between bank BM, TSP and BC 2. Day to day monitoring JLG loan. Verify new group which was selected by BC for JLG. 3. Selection of BC and train them to work with RBI guideline 4. Daily reporting to DM

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. Work Details

My work was slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing in lower Assam. on the base of my personal research, I was effort all the travel involved during my working period. Overall, it was a great learning experience.
