It is one of the worst company and it has ruined the career of 1000 employees by not disbursing their Salary during covid pandemic situation. There is flaws in system , and many more manipulation still going on .

Nothing is to like here except MD & VP (Abhinav & Vaibhav). Bcz these two people are very clear about their vision but middle management level specially odiya people playing game with them.....showing false data in meetings every time....trying to save each other....supress others effort and take credit. Due to this internal politics....one can not survive for long time....even organization too.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Specially midle level management is terrible and huge office politics involve. There are no specific SOP of work. It will change based on employee and manager......every time in meetings wrong data presented by managers.
