There are many things like no one is heard there, there is no system in place, all logs are taken on the last movement, vendors payment not done according to payments terms payment will be stretched 3-4 month or middle management is in full swing. . It is happening, 2-3 houses have been bought in 2 years, overall the middle management or managers have looted the owners, I wish the share holders are better but there are few people who are keeping them in the dark or have looted them. .

Dislikes

Employees are very demotivated and low standard thinking mindsets. Few staffs are frauder, but getting full support from higher management level. Nobody will take action if anything worse happen.Toxic workplace. Uncultured. Negative employees and environment. Expert in office politics.
