I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...t sets unrealistic target 2. Worst HR team ever doesn’t know their own duties 3. Salary can be delayed by 2-3 days HR blame accounts departments and vice versa 4. Job security zero they want people who can show intent instead of actual effort 5. can fire you anytime 6. Lack of support from manager 7. No growth 8. Extend your day by 8 or 8:30 sometimes 9 . No appreciation 10. Constant work pressure

Please don't look for this organisation and they will fire the employee anytime a They don't have good environment to work within and managers will ask you to work 3-4 hours extra to depress you . Everyday you will feel.like that you are in cage
