The company doesn't have the opportunity to neither travel abroad nor it has special training for the hostel wardens. But it has the facilities to travel within Nepal along with the students. It has the, kind of,traditional ways of teaching and learning process in the high school level. I really appreciate my colleagues who hails from different cultural backgrounds. Though I have been working on a contract basis, I have satisfaction in my job because the authority trust in my my performances.

Dislikes

Rarely I have a chance to meet the Director for putting up my grievances.
