No Manpower in ipqa team. One person look over minimum 15 area 15-20 line clearance in a shift . 30 to 40 inprocess in a shift. IPQA person look over on quality is in negative. 12 hours shift continue till 8 months. No week offs.

Good working culture. Teammates are supportive HR policy are good and also good salary hike.

As i observe there is no any politics management team have supportive nature .but if uh join as a fresher there is a 2 year bond

It recruit employee from big company on higher package and expect to update the system and achieve new targets of production through new joinees.

Dislikes

New joinees come with full energy in between the frog of well and beat hands & feet to change the system or to achieve the production and at last he is terminated. A fixed Bonus cut from CTC and as per policy it is paying as per management decision or not. 12 hrs working hours without any extra benifit from team leader and above. HOD also not supportive and he is engaged in network marketing and never give priorities to subordinates or decision.

Salary on time upper management very good but lower management is very political nature and partiality character down the line very very overloaded . Hard working people not good but yes nearby the boss people very good and intelligent good appraisal very very low work

Company owner is good....Company can be offered good salary package.

here job is not secured because old persons are there they plays game or politics with other or some spy of him is there and Owner of company does not discussed with junior label and they agreed as per old persons.
