In Covid-19 Duration daily working 10 hour compulsory however 4 shift daily. No any individual Covid19 test provide by company. If any problem own payout for Doctor.. No any other protection provided by company, only mask and daily in and out time sanitizing provided by company. No Job security.

It recruit employee from big company on higher package and expect to update the system and achieve new targets of production through new joinees.

Dislikes

New joinees come with full energy in between the frog of well and beat hands & feet to change the system or to achieve the production and at last he is terminated. A fixed Bonus cut from CTC and as per policy it is paying as per management decision or not. 12 hrs working hours without any extra benifit from team leader and above.
