the hybrid working environment, My Manager whom I report to, my team members. The office is good and the admin staff is quite friendly.

Dislikes

It does not offer job security. For reasons unknown, may controllable or non-controllable by the company, currently, I am at the edge as Grab has asked me to resign on the 9th May as they do not have enough money to pay a lot many employees. It made me fee like, their business sense was questionable as in the past they spent a lot on employee engagement and development, but now everything is at a decline. this is affecting my resume as it only will show 1 year of experience as an AM in L&D which is a given that is to less for me to apply somewhere else at the same designation.

- Operating at a global scale - Helpful people - cool company hackathons and stuff - fairly challenging work

- not a lot of feedback - promotion is reserved for old timers - reeks of incompetence at a few levels

Today's order should be cleared today. Hey Aata is the best choice.Its payment is also very good, if there was just PF and ESI, it would have been better.
