I was fortunate enough to become the start up Principal of Pulla Reddy school. I ran the school based on the principles of late Pulla Reddy garu, my mentor Sri Raghava Reddy garu,s/o Pulla Reddy garu. That was only school in Dilsukhnagar with 1.5acre ground supporting athletics, basketball n volleyball. I had a strong team of staff to support n implement da ideas at ground level; students were trained as alrounders. All school were a big hit n with in no time, the school has become a landmark. The most challenging part for me was to grow the school which was among all da corporate schools. I loved the tough competition to grow n won the hearts of many with outstanding results in board exams.That school is my buddy always.

Right now, the management is not proper n working on profits rather than on values.
