Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Very work management that i had never seen it before .They can't take care of employees career and they were doing the family business only .If you're hire from outside definitely you will not getting any proper support and your career will getting spoiled
