Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Flexible working environment, Most important thing here you will learn everything like vouching, printing, invoicing, to maintain documents (online as well as offline) along with your work, since you have to do work your on way, however seniors are there to assist you.

Worst firm for professionals. Articles are treated as personal servant by senior partner (Praveen Goyal). He use really bad and abusive language for working girls. Never seen a mad person like him.
