Salary gets deducted even though leave got approved by the line Manager HR does not follow ethics towards employees Favoritism of Managers is ignored by the HR department

...hey don't even care. Management is very concerned about employees personal life. Have to work like donkeys but salary is very low no appraisal will happen. Fake promises are given to employees regarding the promotions just to complete they work.
