There is no teaching culture at all. Neither teachers are interested in teaching nor students are interested in learning,both sides are relying on copying and cheating. I have made a map of Punjab from steal scrap. Which took three months for my team to complete it. I also spent rupees 4000 from my pocket. But the principal didn't allow it's installation. It's rusting in the scrap yard for a year. I planted around 20 plants of roses bearing all expenses on my pocket. These are all ruined. as no one look after these plants after I quit the job in July, 2018. Example of copying could be judged from the point of view that I was never assigned the duty of an invigilator in final trade tests as I did not allow copying
