Even don't have single reason to tell good one.. All are worst over there.. They don't even give a correct salary for employees.. They will eat in there salaries.. Damn worst boss worst company.. 😡

Worst case scenario is this Is director firm company so what ever he will make the rule it should be followed some incentives will be there and other time he won't even bother to give... You will be not even given any prior notice any one can be fired immediately at any time without notice... If you are on sick leave for few days then forget the job then you are definitely removed... There is no proper architect nor site engineer...nor a standard SOP..and quality of construction is worst .. Office politics is more in this company than the work ...

Expects to work more than the company timings, and frequently changes the timings of office, which is not ethical, no carrier growth for employees, employees are fired without prior notice ,not recommending to any one.
