Work life balance was good Not very exhausting

We were expected to work in the casualty The salary wasnt paid in time I was not given medical leave for fracture and had to terminate my residency early

Govt has to increase promotions atleast after 10yrs of service ,in Our Nursing Profession we are getting promotions after 20 years of service

Dislikes

Job security wise ,we don't have Pension and CPS is not worthy for us please consider GPF for State govt employes

On chart lot of government holidays and promises

On working par with regular government employees there is no respect at all for outsourcing employees Just work work work and leave with out appreciation promotion and no development no hike in salaries

I am very interested with pleasing done work and eagarly meet Dististrict Collector on dept, works.

At the time of work ,dislike is i want to do continues work without retairment so retairment is dislike.

World class infrastructure and excellent learning opportunity for everyone but need to improve job security levels!

Dislikes

Overall its about 4 years but due to excessive workload didn’t got the chance to notice other’s observations but after few new joiners little politics are sensed. Don’t know what will happen next few months!
