I like all the norms and health schemes...of our government which is very useful for our people... while comparing with other states...our state far better......I loved my work and services towards my poor and geriatric patient who really needs health support....and miss all those now....

Dislikes

Doctor and pharmacist atrocities....very high in phc setups...... salary is very low.. threatening by regular workers was very high...work load for contract nurse's s unbearable.... anyway I loved my work...as a nurse at any kind of bad situation....

I Sincerely Hardworking to my role. But i can't management my Salary Amount and No Security to my Work. So i Need better position to grow up my knowledge and Liabilities.

Except working as a nurse we can work as a sweeper

All other departments r without compitative exam they r posting as a regular post.ly nurses r posting as a contract post after the compitative exam with low wages more work

Work hours as a employee is much better than being a postgraduate student. We get leave benefits if we want to take. Sometimes we are bound to do work from other departments even after specialisation. Which is fine till we aren't over worked up.

Dislikes

The duty hours for post graduates had to be monitored. The hospital facilities in taluk hospitals have to be imporved. It is on the process.

Everything ,, as a neurosurgeon if I work only in govt system ,, I can’t manage even my family ,, pay is very less ,, this is the reason talent is leaving India , no respect , no money , no job satisfaction ,
