Every body is pushing the work responsibilities on one another, the monitoring tools are completely failed out, no body is bothering about the decentralisation of work, the govt.has to ruke out what r the roles of which person according to the potential and based on educational qualifications, we have to flexible but within the ethics to gain or achieve the milestones as we all the importance of health in our day to day life .

...lot of problems with ministry and budget . We are unable to survive our life . Always problem with salary and budget.

...urity remained 100 percentage,no career growth for dynamic and capable employee. Salary is proper comparing to work extracted.There is no individual appraisal , traveling is very rare.Politics is well known to all in Government sector specially state Government.There is no atmosphere of learning, innovation other than individual efforts.working conditions are its low it is individuals effort and choice to create work culture...
