...ks. if fixed targets are fulfilled, confidential reports should not be degraded. On completion of required service, promotion grade pay automatically should be given, if the post is available or not. File transparency should be maintained. If the file is held for more than the given time punishments should be incorporated. partiality should not be shown on a caste basis/position basis.

transparency being not maintained, partiality was shown from person to person, and most purchase cases are taking fraud. promotions are delayed deliberately, powers/ duties are misused by many officers and staff should be stopped. time limit is not fixed on file movement.

Dislikes

Low compensation level, promotion not linked to capability, poor promotion aspects, at times responsibilities assigned are not commensurate with capability and seniority.

Cannot say much . I am just thankful to the Government for my salary.

Dislikes

Government Education Department in my state is perfect only in papers and social media . Ground reality is pathetic , from infrastructure to school management and teachers basic recreational facility . There's lot to say , but it will be the poor helpless teachers who will be blamed and punished for the schools' failing management and weak academic performance .
