On completion of required service, promotion grade pay automatically should be given, if the post is available or not. File transparency should be maintained. Cannot say much . I am just thankful to the Government for my salary.

Dislikes

Government Education Department in my state is perfect only in papers and social media . Ground reality is pathetic , from infrastructure to school management and teachers basic recreational facility . There's lot to say , but it will be the poor helpless teachers who will be blamed and punished for the schools' failing management and weak academic performance .
