Simply Nothing, I am working here just because a 21 year boy who don't have any backup that time and don't have money to pursue his dream.

...rks so they use us. 4th) Govt officials calls us Kaccha Karamchari all the time. We works 3 times the Govt clerks but what we get is 60% of there salary and no other perks. 5th) Discrimination is the biggest concern. You will face a office politics on daily basis but as I said all the Contractual Employees are lacks Financially and some kind of Educational understanding they need to be quite and do nothing against it. 6th) Some of us are working here for about 20 years but they are still a "Kaccha Karamchari" i mean isn't it a kind of Discrimination against them. You are having Good Times by their Experience and giving him nothing but a salary 60% of a Govt Clerk. Not Haryana but every State Govt should declare a time period that contractual employees will be Pakka Karamchari in a certain period of time and Job Security is also a must.

Some teammates r very nice but some r legpullers.Refresher courses for deptt.training r held from time to time.Though d job is secured but d carrier growth is very slow.Envoirment is boating but some officers have d skill of making it exiting.

Dislikes

Salary is less but there is a high work pressure.one has to live in four walls.There is no social life of a prison officer though I was an exception because I used to make a good laison with all officers of d disstt.administration including D.C and S.P and with all judicial officers including Distt.and Sessions judge.There prevails dirty politics among some officers in d deptt.who r spoiling d image of d deptt.

Everything is fine but sometimes it really difficult to manage patient due to scarcity of facilities and patient load as well as man power

The best part about working at Haryana Government Samwad is its amiable work environment. Apart from this, the working hours are best suited as it helps in maintaining a work-life balance. The organization has provided us Dabur Giloy tablets and timely sanitization of office is done. Cleanliness, social distancing, and wearing masks are adhered to by all employees of the organization.

Dislikes

There is no equality. The rules that are made should be applicable on everyone irrespective of the position and relation. Apart from this, the yearly ID cards should be issued on time.

Likes

It is because of excessive intervention of the local leaders which has been proved a pushing factor to quit the job from Haryana Government. Secondly, there is no extra reward for the highly talented personnel; Thirdly, work culture is not satisfactory in accordance with the requisite standard. Though there is job security in the Govt. job, but due to undue political vested interests, one has to face the prolonged suspension with malafide in intention.
