That it has a glitter in it's name "GOVERNMENT DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL"

Dislikes

It's work culture, the people there, everything else. A few people are good, but majority people of them are terrible. They just mock or bully the people from private colleges. Totally biased, corrupt minded, and acan trouble any private college pupil for no reasons. Worst ever place to work, can be mentally exhausting.

As no of patients are more, management work can be done nicely, because patient suffers sometime, dental chair shud be working....most of dental chairs are old...because of that student suffers. Repairing of dental chair should be done time to time. Because maintenance people don't respond on calling.

The work atmosphere is very good. The staff here is very supportive and very good at both clinical and academic fronts. Learning involves lot of different clinical techniques and advances in it. A lot of patients to treat helps in gaininig a lot of experience.

Dislikes

There is as such nothing to dislike. A lot of patients report in the hospital per day. So the main problem is the time management to be done to attend each and every patient.
