Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign.

In Government Degree Colleges, the students are trained in overall personality development. The Curricular, Co-curricilar and Extra Curricular aspects are equally balanced.

1. Work distribution is not equal to all the Faculty. Generally One or two faculty

Parshalities to Time Managment | Not extra any other Curriculum /Culture activities | Job is Not sefty & extra benefits.

It is a gud college am very happy to work, there is all supportable staff,and principal is also supported, principal & iqac coordinator are very peaceful persons.

Dislikes

I worked as jkc mentor(skill development trainer) for that classes students are attending classes but rooms are not available for classes I don't like that one,but I'll take to permission to our principal for e-class room in that room I'll teach classes for students.
