No one is going to compensate according to the growth or the position. They will only lend responsibilities on the head without increasing your salary, partiality is seen very commonly. No employee centric environment, only cost cutting is taken into priority, to do this, they will also cut down your salary/incentives. Sometimes they will find many reasons to cut your money.

you will get to learn something new over here, the service which they provide is so terible, if get any chance to get a job in here just skip it and try to work somewhere else, u will regret if u joined here, also u have to work for sat sundays for no reason u will be sitting idle for during weekends.

Good organization! Company is much good because from here I learnt many things only in 4 months. Management is good and about managers and TL is very supportive for any fresher/experienced user. So I think this is good company to start your career in good direction.
