Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good company encourage new comes to adapt and gather knowledge of various field in a single note,work like family ,collegues are cooperative.This company is also growing day by day no doubt,in a nutshell its an average company.

Dislikes

Everything is fine but prospect for future in career is bit difference to other company.
