Salary on time nothing else for which one can praise the company

management seems to be all about endless meetings, meetings and meetings with no action taken. Don't get caught up in the HR manager's smooth talking and vague promises. It is like walking on thin ice with your future. Technical expertise is not valued here, risking the loss of valuable knowledge. This company is solely focused on accounting and HR matters. Salespeople are disregarded with their queries left unanswered and orders lost as a result. The company introduces four different, overly complex incentive structures each quarter. leaving employees baffled by the convoluted calculations. incentives are never received on time. Never ever go in this company also they have eliminated Saturday half day.

Nothing much likes are there. On time salary. Which every other company does now a days.

Dislikes

There are a lot, It is not suitable for Engineering graduated sales person. Caste based handling is submissively happening from top person. You will not be handled properly as a person or a human. Personal targetting and personal life targetted words will be used by the Top people. If you are resigning there will be no questions asked. The next minute your Laptop will be locked, email will be blocked and you will have dissatisfied work experience ending even if have fallen in feet of customer for orders. There will be no discussions on resignation, they will not even say the sake words like rethink before u take a decision. All the above points happened from National sales manager to lower leven area sales manager. If you are working in remote you will have no opportunity to visit office or factory. They will never consider you as a person for a suggestion and discussion. Gopani product systems is a proprietorship company beware before getting call letter. You will never have Discussion on Increment. They will randomly do the increment. Zig zaw game in sales. People in field will do the business development and the customers will be directly transferred to HO team without prior notice. Coordinators and Assistants will behave like Owners of the company to all the sales people. Non supportive Regional managers. If you are under a particullar regional manager. You will become a tortoise in speed if you are a active guy. There will be no sharing of strategies from your regional manager. Regional manager will talk bad about you to the customers after you resigned from the company. I don't have time to type few, few I prefer not to say.

I have been working as an automation Engineer at Gopani Product System Pvt. Ltd. for the past six month. and it's been a wonderful experience. The Work Culture here is excellent, Fostering both collaboration and innovation. The induction Process was smooth and well-organized , The Company makes sure that all festivals and events are celebrated with great enthusiasm , which add to the positive atmosphere. Pathik Sir, The Hr Team and the entire upper management's are extremely supportive and approachable. Making it easy to feel comfortable and motivated in the workplace. Overall, Gopani is a great place to Work.

Supportive Team & Great leadership As a product development engineer at gopani product system PVT. LTD. I had an amazing experience working here. the working culture is fantastic and very supportive team that encourage learning and development. Pathik sir and the entire upper level management are incredibly approachable and always willing to help. which makes the work environment comfortable and motivating.
