...ng anyone. No proper HR policies. The whole HR department plays the double game. They just terminate you and never release the salary for the last month you are working for. You can ask any of the employees about this. To be very frank, if you have no ambitions or goals in life, this is just the right place for you. The whole company is run by people who are 40+ years of age. There is no place for growth at all. Kicking someone that you don't like from the company is very easy. Go complain to the director about them. He doesn't even cross verify on what is happening. I am stuck here due to my financial problems. People getting fired each and everyday scares me worrying about my job here too. If you wanna join here, prepare yourselves for all the drama and trauma.
