Too much work politics especially in the production. The seniors there adjust their juniors shift timings and holidays according to their preferences and needs. If they need holidays then you will have to sacrifice yours. No professionality. If you have been assigned any work then doesn't matter whether it gets completed during your shift hours you have to do it even after that and you won't even get overtime payment for extra hours. Then management needs to understand that the juniors are also employees. Seniors just do whatever they want to do. No flexibility No overtime payment for employees Too much work pressure if you are male No work-life balance

Worst place to work, disrespectful work culture managers talk with abusive language admin was terrible md was ignorant zero polices for staff and I been there for like two years and I didn't see any basic management things like roaster now you can imagine what is the condition here.

there is seriously nothing which i like to share about gopala.

They are working like Lala dukaan,when i joined gopala they said they review my performance for some months after that they will hike my salary and designation but now after spending 8 months they said we are having policy of 1 year for review but in appointment letter they clearly mentioned that you are on probation period of 6 months, apart from personal issue as whole gopala is lacking some basic element of an successful which is called system only more and more digits increase in turnover is not sole objective of any company. in last i only wanna say don,t waste your time by joining gopala, as you will only regret like me after taking such wrong decision.
